Come and join SETS for a fun day out as we farewell
the ageing DCM and DCT type Interurban cars from
service, with a tour to places that are rarely visited by
these trains.
The DCM and DCT Interurban cars have now seen
more than 30 years service and with the introduction
of brand new Oscar H sets into service, retirement of
these cars has now commenced.
Our tour will commence from Strathfield at
approximately 0800 and consist of a two car V-set.
We will visit such places as Olympic Park,
Bankstown, Lavender Bay, Cronulla and Macarthur
before concluding at Strathfield at approximately
1700.
There will be a number of photo stops along the route
and a lunch break at Cronulla. Light refreshments
will be available on board the train.
The Fares are:

Concessions $100
Children (5 - 18 years) $90
